Spiral Dance Spiral Dance is a community dance company based in Rochdale. Over the past four years we have worked with many older people’s groups in the boroughs of Rochdale, as part of a Big Lottery funded project, including sheltered accommodation, hospitals and care homes, delivering creative movement and dance sessions to stimulate people and help improve health and wellbeing.
The documentation gives prices for any organisations wanting to host a day. The training day consists of over 6 hours of delivery and is delivered in a practical way. Participants will also receive a manual with an outline of dance ideas and resource information. I have also attaches a flier for costs of sessions that we deliver to older people groups and also a document with responses from some of our participants to the dance sessions. Spiral Dance will also be hosting the training day in the near future. The cost per individual is £60. Please contact Spiral Dance about further information.
